We have a strict credit card-only policy for booking appointments.
If you’re planning a group event, a non-refundable deposit and a credit card are required to ensure a smooth experience.
Cancellations
We kindly ask that any changes and cancellations be made 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in charges being made to your credit card for the scheduled service total, as we are not able to fill up that space at such short notice. Those planning parties or group events will be required to finalize them one week prior to the scheduled date.
