Appointments can be booked by contacting the spa directly or through the online booking option available on our website. All appointments at Spa Blue require a valid credit card at the time of booking. This helps secure your appointment and ensures a smooth scheduling experience.
Why is a credit card required to book an appointment?
A credit card is required to reserve all appointments to protect both our guests and our therapists’ time. Your card is used to secure your booking and is only charged in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policy.
Do group bookings or special events require a deposit?
Yes. Group bookings and special events require a non-refundable deposit, along with a credit card, to confirm the reservation. This allows us to properly staff and prepare for your experience and ensures availability for your chosen date and time.
What happens if I arrive late for my appointment?
To ensure the best possible experience for all guests, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid impacting the next scheduled guest, while the full service fee may still apply.
What is Spa Blue’s cancellation and refund policy?
Spa Blue kindly requires at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be fully charged for the scheduled service and are non-refundable. Spa packages, including Experience and Indulge packages, are also non-refundable. This policy allows Spa Blue to manage scheduling efficiently and continue providing high-quality service to all guests.
