A 24 hour notice is required to reschedule appointments, this does not include spa packages like Relaxation package, Gentleman’s Package or Indulge package which are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you fail to give us a 24 hour notice, you will be fully charged for your services. If you need to move or reschedule any packages please notify us three days in advance
Please plan on arriving at the Spa 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow ample time for you to check in and relax before your treatment.
Arriving Late – Arriving late for your appointment will unfortunately limit the time for your treatment; your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied.
Except for replacing damaged products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits on spa services, gift certificates, or retail products. All sales are final.
